Thank you for joining us on this journey of ministering to the children whom Jesus loves.

For generations, parents and caregivers at Wesley have put their children and grandchildren through our Children’s Ministry (CM). In Wesley, we welcome, treasure and celebrate each child. We rejoice with parents over their God-given children, and are privileged to provide support in the discipleship of these children.

In today’s fast changing world, our children are exposed to multi-media influences, peer pressure, academic challenges and an achievement-oriented environment. It’s a world that has become noisier, more complex and more challenging than before.

Yet some things remain unchanged – God’s love and our children’s need for Him. And herein lies the heart of our ministry – to love and disciple each child in a way that reflects Christ, that they may choose to have a living and vibrant relationship with our eternal God.

The ministry constantly needs God’s grace and strength to serve, and we are spurred on by the words of our Lord Jesus Christ in Mark 10:14-16 that say:

"Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. 15 I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it." 16 And he took the children in his arms, put his hands on them and blessed them.
